    Might as well have fish oil, defeats having plant based omega oil if the capsule is gelatin

      Fair point. There is the benefit of it likely being more pure, free from concentrated ocean pollutants.

        You could take these in leiu of fish oul if you were vego or vegan but these are gelatine capsules.
