      I've installed one of these into my car last night. On my way to work today, it rattled like mad with the metal parts clanging against the plastic parts.

      Feels really solid though

    Terrible, I bought one, doesnt fit the CD slot, so it slides
    Cant do landscape cause it falls out

      Yeah, depends on the size of your CD slot. Best off with one like this with an adjustment knob. I got it for $20 last month. It's excellent

      The not-doing-landscape is a feature, not a bug.

      It doesn't work because it's designed so the weight on the bottom pulls the side holders in. This lets you pop it in one handed.

      I can't think of a reason to use it landscape. (Surely you don't watch stuff while driving…?)

    This CD slot phone mount looks interesting for me, I was trying to buy from them but have concerns which their website looks to oldie for me, and the shipping time is too long. So I went eBay and found Baseus au official is selling the same thing https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Baseus-Gravity-Car-Phone-Holder-… at a similar price $11.98 after the coupon, so I decided to buy off on eBay.

    One of the better quality mounts I have purchased over the years. I used it in the CD slot for a while but was too annoying when wanting to use controls on touchscreen of car audio. Ended up "macgyvering" it through a blank plate in the dash and it has been perfect ever since. As mentioned above it does have a bit of a rattly sound but it hasn't failed me to date and I think I have purchased every mount option that has come out in the last 20 years
