Pretty bad, had it once and threw the bag out

Pretty nice, I get them often. I enjoy with soy sauce, chili flakes and some pepper sometimes.

Steamed or fried, both are delicious.

    ozb's goto gyoza

  • It's half price at Coles right now though. Coles has Pork gyoza too

    • Coles has Chicken gyoza too now

    • and it's just $8.50

      • +3

It works out the same price by weight, as the Coles one are 750g.

Not sure if anyone goes to their local asian grocer, mine (in point cook, VIC) the 'chinese royal kitchen'

I pay about $4.90 for 600 grams and they are incredibly good… had the KBs a few times and they are way overrated

    • They're dumpling not gyoza though?

    • can I get the address? I'm close to Pt Cook and would like to try

      • +1

Place is called "one by one" just off tom Roberts parade :)

        • ahhh okay, I misread. I thought you meant the name of the place was Chinese Royal Kitchen.

        • Rest in peace iga :(

The asian grocer ones are better and always around this price or cheaper.

    • Which asian grocer ones specifically? I see these sold at most asian grocers too.

      • What's the price of KBs at asian grocers?

        • Similar price to full price at Coles and Woolies. Definitely worth buying on sale at the supermarkets.

  • think they changed the recipe a few months back, or maybe i got a bad batch, but the dough was not as nice

  • Any one tried the Prawn Hargow? I know the gyoza one is nice.

I've tried the hargow one, didn't like it, prefer me chen's hargow. I don't rate their chicken hyoza either, just the prawn gyoza

    • I like the Hargow from KB.

Chen's one are really thick and has super sticky skins, it's disgusting.

      • I've never had super sticky skin with me chen's! But regardless of the skin I prefer me chen's because the insides taste better, the subyle bamboo shoot flavour is better

We just bought the exact dumplings at 1/2 price from Coles for $8.50 for 750g (works out at $1.13 per 100g), so the same price:

They are made in Thailand and are excellent eating.

  • The electric toothbrush refills are showing out of stock at 4 of my 5 nearest woolworths.

And the free electric toothbrush you would get, they say is RRP $69.95.
But it is $35 right now at woolworths .
    $29.95 at shaver shop
    $34 at chemist warehouse.

    • bought it and going off lowest price, i guess the refills would be $2.80?
