Seems like a decent price for this product at 25% off (though yes, it's still pricey for an outdoor camera). No subscriptions required. French company, not Chinese, for those curious. Also offering doorbell, window & door sensors, etc. on sale for those interested. Enjoy!

While Netatmo was a strong, early HomeKit player, their stuff is very expensive and slow by today's standards, and not as good. My Eufy cameras instantly load up video from the LAN, and only 2-3 seconds on the WAN. My Netatmo Indoor camera is about 2-3 on LAN, 8-10 on WAN.
Interesting to hear this. I was specifically looking for a subscription-free, black body with floodlight (which narrowed it down essentially to Eufy or Netatmo). Their ongoing commitment for what is admittedly an older product is ultimately what sold me on it. Eufy seem to make a lot of promises they don't keep in the long-term. So am hoping it's a decent choice!
Have 4 on my property and love them. Great purchase at this price.
I've got one hooked up apt the front and it's my favourite camera. Great floodlit, good person detection etc. I've also hot arlo Ultra 2, reolink etc . If you want 240v floodlit camera I highly recommend.
The reviews on this camera aren't crash hot, so I'd save your money & put it towards a proper CCTV system, even with 25% off.
I don't see the point in paying this much money for such a low spec security camera. Many CCTV cameras / CCTV software can do what this camera claims they can't. Plus you need to run power to it for the light anyway, so why would you opt for a wi-fi camera and the drop-outs that come with it, when you could run a PoE cable.
