To celebrate its brand-new collaboration with artisanal chocolate maker Koko Black, premium ice cream brand Connoisseur has revved up a roving ice cream van. It’s set to travel all around town until December 15 handing out ice creams to lucky Sydneysiders — for free.

This week, you can find the truck in the following areas:

Friday, November 26

4–6pm: Waterloo
6–8pm: Alexandria

Saturday, November 27

11am–2:30pm: Coogee
3–7pm: Bondi

Sunday, November 28

11am–2:30pm: Westfield Bondi
3–7pm: Centennial Park

Monday, November 29

4–6pm: Double Bay
6–8pm: Rose Bay

Tuesday, November 30

4–6pm: Newtown
6–8pm: Erskineville

Wednesday, December 1

4–6pm: Potts Point
6–8pm: Darlinghurst

Thursday, December 2 

4–6pm: Cremorne
6–8pm: Mosman

Friday, December 3

4–6pm: Willoughby
6–8pm: Artarmon

Saturday, December 4

11am–2:30pm: North Sydney
3–7pm: Balmoral Beach

Sunday, December 5

11am–2:30pm: Northern Beaches

        It's a Summer vibe thing though.

        And nothing in the south either- which is even more usual. Look at Harris Farm Markets. Lots of stores all over Sydney. Stores in the north. Stores in the west. Stores in the east. Yet none in the south…

    I'm not holding my breath.
    There's lots of stops in and around the suburbs where Australia's Delta outbreak started, but not a single visit to one of the "LGAs of concern" that got locked down, locked out of work and are now locked into being treated like second class citizens.

    Wishful thinking or sharp eyes. We gave up after 45 minutes driving around centennial park and the only ice cream in sight was the Serendipity bus. :(
