  I have an 11 week old and the floor version if there are any questions.

  We use it since she was around 6 weeks old, use the sound generator and obviously the camera and alerts.

    How is the sounds detection/alerts?

    Currently using a $50 Wyze cam but would prefer to be alerted when the baby cries.

      Sorry for the slow response.
      Generally good, we get some false-reads on baby rolled over, but has mostly been good for crying, etc.

    Do you need a subscription?
    What happens if your wifi drops out or you lose power? does it alert you?

      Have not tried a no-wifi scenario, works if the phone is on 4G. If no connection on 4G there is no alert, so assume you won't get told if device is offline (as it wont be able to contact to tell you).
      Not subscription for base hardware, but there are software add-ons which are subscription.
