80 bucks off Umart / Comp Alliance pricing, not bad

    • Yeah usually hovers around $500 at Amazon and others. I bought one a few weeks ago for $475 thinking it was a good deal… lol

      • You were wrong?

Very good price, despite having to stack codes.

I upgraded to one of these beauties at the last Amazon Prime Day sale in June for about $480.00. Currently $508.15 @ Amazon AU

Every bit as fast and reliable as claimed. I have the older 960 Pro that is 4 years old and still performing very well without any issues.

  • Is this gen4?

    • Yes 7000MB/s read 5000MB/s write.

      1200TBW life

Bought one, thanks OP. I've had my eye on this for a while now, but was on the fence about building a new PC given the pricing situation. I was tempted when it was $475, so this was too good to pass up. Now I just have to build a new PC to actually use it…

      Nice one!!

  • Is the sn850 sufficient ? Ps5? Also good price

    • If I recall 850 uses the same controller. So basically the same SSD.

Garbage thing, most retailers just put their prices up moment the 20/25% deal started, so a lot of drives are same price they were yesterday, or even last week.
I’ve been eyeing a Samsung 870 EVO 4TB for few months. Pretty much $650-750 wherever you look. This morning, everyone’s at $899 with 20/25% off. Utter BS! Should be illegal.

Great price. Tried to resist but combined with gift cards and some of the recent bonuses, reduced it to ~$390.

Upgrading from a 970 Evo 1TB which I might repurpose as an external drive rather than buy something like a Samsung T7. Any recommendations for a decent, inexpensive NVME enclosure? Missed the deal on the Asus one recently.
