I'm assuming you have hair, so if you're trying to do a fade and are going for consistent results, I think it'd be best to actually have someone else do it.
Otherwise, if you're just shaving your head or getting a buzzcut, I'm pretty sure you can do it on your own with whatever is provided :)
Is this good for shaving body hair?
Yes, It is. The advantage is being the large clipper size, reduces the time and there are length accessories included.

Nope, just standard AU wall plug.

As a bald guy, I can confirm this works a treat with shaving my head and is well worth it over your cheap traditional shaver. Especially at this price! :)
