I 'pre-purchased' (an earlier query of mine received a response from their team explicitly stating that they only offer pre-purchase and not preorder) a Pokemon Diamond/Pearl Dual Pack off of Kogan since I had a promotion from my bank and despite the product page showing that the bonus steelbook case is included, I received a poorly packaged and battered dual pack without the steelbook. I contacted support and so far, they have acknowledged the missing steelbook in response #1 but decided to only offer a bit of store credit or a replacement of my just the dual pack without any mention of the steelbook in response #2. I don't really want to accept the credit as it means I'd have to shop there again ahah
I was wondering if there's any other options I can take or do I just cop the loss and take credit

Ask for a full refund and to return the item as it is incorrect. See what they do. Maybe refund and let you keep it.
