This basically matches the $30 capped 25% cashback that they do via SB and CR every week. Unfortunately it won't stack and you have to spend $150 to get it vs any amount with SB and CR.

Does cash rewards usually exclude you getting the cashback and still using discounted gift cards to pay for balance remaining?
