SCOOPON - AUST Auto Detailing South MELB

hi ..
I have tried to call these guys to book in my voucher. But all phone numbers disconnected. Others having the same issues??
I have lodged complaints with Scoopon but heard back nothing…
Anything else I can try?
I just want to make sure I get my money back & not a credit or something
