I've got the same question. It sounds like it means you need to be signed up for at least 6 rewenals (eg 6 months) so min cost would be $5 + $5 + (4 * $20).
But no idea how they would enforce that, although cancelling is manual/through a form.

Yes, their brand difference is their designs, always with a theme. Each month theme is undies (male/female) and sometimes other clothing like pyjamas , t-shirts etc.

Our monthly design is a surprise every month - you won't know what it is until it's delivered, but I can assure you it will be anything but plain.

For those that are subscribed, what's the quality like?
I'd rate the quality very highly. I've been subscribed on and off a lot over the years and these are by far the most comfy undies out there.
For what it's worth, you really need to add a mention of the minimum renewals to your get started page. This is the first place you're sent from the email advising $5 for 2 months and nothing says that this is a 6 month deal. In fact, that page clearly states "Cancel or change at any time!". If I could post a "neutral" vote on a deal as opposed to + or -, this would get it.
