    • Thanks I grabbed MK8

  • Oh good as! All my friends been getting into Mario Party recently - perfect timing!

I wonder if these will go lower with lightning deals? Many have been cheaper on Amazon before.

    • Are the lighting deals early this year? I didn't expect them until Friday.

But a few seem to be up already.

  • Shopback/Cashrewards usually do a gaming cashback for Black Friday, so would hopefully be able to stack that later on?

Run the risk of some games going out of stock though

Thought the decent buy was Zelda BotW for $59 too

    • Not really for a 4/5 year old game.

  • Got animal crossing for $58. Thanks OP

  • Thanks for this just got super smash Bros!

  • Been waiting ages for a smash bros sale, so I’m really thinking about pulling the trigger here but I’d love to have it electronically. Should I hold off?

    • +2

Personally I'm in the same boat and I pulled the trigger. Where possible I prefer to buy physical media over digitally where its price appropriate.

      • +1

I'm generally the same re: buying physical media over digital, but I have small children. So where there will be a child friendly game that there will be playing a lot (Mario kart, Super Mario Maker, etc) I prefer to buy digital. We've had so many arguments over where someone left the Animal Crossing or the Pokemon cards…

I hear ya. I've got a few years yet for my little one to snatch the switch off me

          • +1

@DealioMcBargain: Pulled the trigger though. They can suck it up for the price difference lol.

  • Nintendo just killing it as usual!
Cyberpunk - people waiting for it to drop under $20 a year after release…BOTW Still over $50 coming up to 5 years after launch - it was even designed on a last last gen console!

  • I bought a few of these from Amazon on Friday at their regular price (delivered on Saturday). Is there anything I can do if I don't have price protection on my credit card?

    • +1

contact amazon chat.I've done it in the past when there's been a price drop

      • Thanks, will give that a try.

Unfortunately your restricted by the 14 days on rebuying the same item - they dont let you buy another copy - this is to stop resellers from buying up all there stock when under cost price.. (I think its 14 days - but it maybe 7..I dont know but im blocked from buying another copy at the moment (already bought zelda and super smash bros 1 copy each ofc) even if you have prime and return it your still have used the 1 copy limit on your account.

  • Great price. Bought it four days ago for $69.

  • Brought animal crossings and mario kart 8 deluxe both for $58 each

  • Bought Skyward Sword HD and when I added it to cart it went down to $51.82 without doing anything

    • Likely store credit you had attached to your account that gets used up first.

      • no store credit that's the weird part haha
