Awesome sound quality for this price. The PU leather on the ear pads did start fraying within a year or so and the Volume wheel developed left right balancing issues too. Conveniently both of these are sold as replacement parts for $$.
I suffered from quite a bit of crosstalk on these and googling it makes it seem like alot of others have the same problem but with no fix (other than to get a replacement).
Yeah had the same experience with the Alpha. My Cloud 2s were fine (though the leather headband and earcups deteriorated)

Honestly for the price its an absolute no brainer if you don't care about wireless. The sound quality for me is on par with the SteelSeries 7x. The volume button did start to get iffy aftet about 18 months but they come with a 2 year warranty and JB replaced them with a brand new pair no hassles. So would recommend local bought for easy warranty replacement

Just bought this and very happy with it so far. The clamping force may be stronger than your usual gaming headset but it does not feel too heavy on my head.
Love this headset. Been using it daily for three years now and still going strong. Great build quality, excellent sound and very comfortable for a big head.
I used a pair of these for like 2 years. After a year I had to replace the ear pads. Other than that they were great
I got a pair of these from an ebay store for $72 shipped a couple of months back. Would go out and pay $100 for them though as its a great headset.
