Just saw this on EB Games, seems to be plenty of stock available in stores - cheap xmas present for the gamer in your life.
It says its for the XBox One, but I'm assuming this would also work for the Series S/X as well? Not sure though.

Doesn't sit flush with the series controllers.

Not good to assume that. They have different backs. The battery fits but you can't put the backing on a Series X/S controller.
