"The Outlier Air V3 are the best earbuds Creative has released and are right up there with the best earbuds available for under £100." - EXPERT REVIEWS

"The first Outlier Air was a big hit because it offered many great functional features at a low price. The new Creative Outlier Air V3 continues in the same vein, giving users the needed true wireless earbuds feature set such as ANC and Ambient Mode to stay relevant in 2021, while keeping a low price. In fact it is even lower than the first version, now coming in at only S$99. Competition is stiffer these days, but the Creative Outlier Air V3 continues to offer lots of value for the money that you’re paying." - TECHJIO

Why was apt-x removed in the v3 model?

    • Not sure why but I can assure you that the aptx chip will cost more.

ANC is pretty impressive for this price point.

If I didn't have my Sounpeats Sonic already, I would have tried these.

I have been using these since September.
Very happy with them so far.

Comfortable and seal well, quite a lot of bass if you like that.
Phone calls are much better than most other earbuds (except maybe Galaxy Buds+ which are about on par for calls)
    Ambient/NC modes are useful.
    Battery lasts ages
    Wireless charging case
On the downside, the case is huge and poorly designed - I find it most natural to turn the case upside down when getting them out/putting them back in as they seem to be upside down in the case - it could have been so much smaller and more logically designed than what it is, which is a pity.
I use these more than the Soundpeats H1

    • I wish I knew about this before getting h1. At this price point with anc it's really good value !

      • My H1 s just got delivered too

    • man you are tempting me with this review.

I was going to pay more for galaxy buds or bose or jabra but might just save and get this v3 instead

I am liking my ones, and I bought them for $90.
        Use them every day

Still don't like the case though - ugh. does my head in why they did it that way.

alright you've convinced me haha i'll take a punt

  • This or the 75t jabra?
    Any thoughts?

    • The call quality is slightly better on the jabras from what I've heard but I gotta say the battery life in creatives is amazing esp if you use them a lot. Personally I'd rather the creatives even if they were the same price.

  • @CLPL is there a way to turn the blue lights off on these headphones when using them?

    • The blue lights will be off when connected to a device!

  • The lights remain off when the buds are connected to your device (unlike the H1). They light up (red-blue) if in pairing mode or disconnected, or charging (red breathing) when you put them in the charger, or take them out etc.

    Quick review.

Arrived today and loving the sound and noise reduction, I think this will be my go to going forward on commutes and even at home when wfh.

The companion app isn't amazing but good enough for setting up once and then shouldn't need it going forward.
