Cheap high powered steam mop. These are really handy if you don't already own one. Replaced my regular mop ages ago.

I think u have to make sure that the steam is sucked back up otherwise it makes it dirty, at least on carpeted areas. I was looking to buy one early this month. I wouldnt buy one unless it had this function . I would rather go rent one from a big chain store and buy the liquid.
What you are describing sounds like a carpet cleaner while this is simply a steamer.
