Just one anecdote, but for some reason my referral bonus was not acknowledged.
During the registration process, chrome (android) redirected to the installed Wirex app and it seems(?) that caused my registration to not be acknowledged as a registration through a referral link.
Despite contacting their customer support and showing a screenshot of the referral link in my history the same time I registered, they still weren't willing to give the sign up bonus! Pretty dodgy imo.
Works fine but bit of a pain to get money in/out, and there's a minimum WXT balance needed to convert (can send to another exchange but pay blockchain fee). They DHLed me their card and it arrived bent as it wasn't packed with protection, although it works completely fine.
