ShopBack Issue with Amazon Australia

Recently purchased a large order from Amazon Australia through ShopBack, and all were microphones/microphone stands. As per their rates when I went through, it was 5% for Musical Instruments and 5% for Electronics. I got an email saying it was tracked, but that the value was 0. Online, it says that the value is "pending".

In addition, I just checked, and the numbers have now gone down to 4%.

I created a ticket with them but have not heard anything back. My purchase with Amazon was done due to the cashback offer as I was able to find it slightly cheaper elsewhere without it.

As I've read a lot of threads where people have said for high ticket purchases ShopBack seems to magically handle them wrong, have others found resolution through this?

Are there issues with Amazon specifically?

    You’re not the only person posting about this, and will not be the last.

    Amazon is particularly fickle when it comes to cashback. I suggest you refer to this comment, as it will go a long to explaining why your cashback may have tracked at 0%, even though you think you jumped through all the hoops.

    Always think of cashback (particularly from Amazon) as a bonus, because it’s not a 100% iron-clad guarantee you will actually get the cashback.

    Email support is useless. I took a screen recording showing my transaction start to finish, they didn't even view it and kept saying it didn't track so I must have done something wrong. Only after reaching out to gotyourback that it got sorted but that was such an infuriating experience.
