Promotion offer of up to a maximum $11.50 AUD cashback for one product: The cashback amount is fixed to up to a maximum of $11.50 AUD per product. Valid for the purchase of one (1) product only, for the following eligible products:

  • Häagen-Dazs DUO Dark Chocolate & Salted Caramel Crunch 420mL tub, or
  • Häagen-Dazs DUO Belgian Chocolate & Vanilla Crunch 420mL tub

If the product is bought on offer and the purchase price paid for the product falls below $11.50 AUD, the cashback will be reduced to reflect the purchase price paid on promotion and shown on a valid itemised till receipt from one of the participating retailers (Woolworths, Coles & IGA). The offer is limited to 1000 cashback offers in total, which will be awarded on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. The promotion will end at 23:59 on 30/11/2021, OR when 1000 unique, genuine and valid claims have been received, whichever is sooner. In the event of the maximum of claims being received before the closing date, participants will be immediately notified that the promotion has ended upon clicking on the promotional link. No one person/household may make more than one cashback claim throughout the duration of the promotion.

    When i saw "via redemption", i assumed the free ice cream would be mailed to me.

    • Hopefully the posties are more honest than the Uber drivers that sneak some chips.

    I bought the Dark choc/Caramel Duo last week from Woolworths to try. Got home, opened it up and the tub was filled with Choc/Vanilla instead.
    Thought that was quite weird. Still keen to know that the Dark choc/Caramel is like.

                • @keegs: No luck here, they reckon the Salted Caramel looks just like the Vanilla except that there is caramel through the chocolate. Seems dodgy to me, I couldn't taste any caramel at all. Inferior product from Haagen Dazs if so.

    • I also bought Dark Choc/Caramel and when opened found it was Chocolate/Vanilla, someone stuffed up!

      • They insist that it is Salted Caramel, it just looks and tastes like Vanilla!

    It a bit risky when they are only providing 1000 on a first come , first serve basis .
    I hope they inform when that limit has been reached .

        It's not clear if they will close the promotion when 1000 people have uploaded receipts, or when they have manually reviewed and approved 1000 claims. Either way, there's still the risk that you might get caught out.

    I just went to the supermarket at 9:50pm for the tub but I had filled out the request earlier in the day.

        I read the T & C's and I think it happens like this: You fill out the form and you receive a unique URL to go to. The unique URL's I think are what holds your position. The unique URL are limited to 1000 so if you fill out the form you are guaranteed the cashback even if you get to buying it the next day.

        Pretty clever as it stops thousands of people asking 'Where is my cashback?'.

        • I just filled out the form a week after everyone and it went through.

          Only just had a read through the comments now but if I read all of this before I probably wouldn’t have done it.

          It should be honoured in theory as I could go through with the process.

        Before I made the purchase I made sure the I could receive the text message saying how to claim

      What Woolies / Coles / Aldi stores accept returns on groceries now?? Let alone on a frozen (& possibly thawed) product like ice cream! They couldn't sell it.

      Stores won't refund! So don't suggest people waste their time doing it!
