Hi guys after spending some time researching and trying on different shoes, I found the best shoe for me is the
Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 Mens in US Size 11 Medium D Width
I can't seem to find a good price on them. Athlete's foot had an almost store wide sale couple days ago, almost everything was cheaper….except this model! Argh!
Anyone have any tips? Eg discounted Gift Cards etc that I should consider?

Go to Rebel sports, and ask them to price match with The Iconic.
Hopefully you'll get someone that doesn't look at styles/stock (view the iconic search on your phone and scroll to show the 4 products with the 30% off at checkout so they can see it's the 'whole (limited) range', don't give your phone to them (click on individual if required) for best results).

Could you use another stability shoe from a different brand? Were Kayanos ok? If you have a few brands to choose from, you might be able to secure better pricing.
I was wearing Brooks Ravenna but after looking around, I found Mizuno Wave Inspire and Nike Structure to be suitable as well.

Ok I’ve switched over to brooks from Nike. Nike aren’t what they use to be.
I’ve bought 3 pairs of brooks in last six months. Amazon for Glycerin 19 GTS grey and blue $223, and Adrenaline GTS 21 $190, Kogan Glycerin 18 $119 ,
Glycerin are better softer than adrenaline. GTS for more roll support.
Yeah I need the roll support hence the guide rails of the GTS are good for me.
I'll keep an eye on Amazon. I saw the GTS 20(opposed to 21), on Kogan for a cheap price…but I keep getting recommended the 21 over the 20.

If you can get to a bricks and mortar Brooks outlet, you might be in luck, but it will be last season stock and possibly the ugly colourways you mentioned above. According to my partner, the shoes really don't change from year to year, just different colours and minor changes to tread pattern. Depends whether you value price over style.
Worth noting that they're due to release the Adrenaline GTS 22 model in December so if you can hold out until the 21 is the "old" stock, you will find some discounts.
We usually make a trek once a year to the outlet in Collingwood and buy several pairs at a time usually with a 50%+ discount, but colour is not high on the list of selection criteria.
If you're in WA just head to a DFO and Jim Kidd/Brooks outlet.

Hard to get deals on Adrenalines usually. Have ended up moving over to Asics largely because of this.
I'd suggest you've either got to cop the ugly colours (or at least last year's stock) or basically pay full freight.
