Mini-ITX are often at the budget end ….
However on the resale market (after a few years).. they often command premium, because they are harder to find, and less are generally sold.. and they tend to disappear to standard builds..
Can confirm. I sold my mini itx z77 mobo a year back for more than I bought it for 8 years ago (not considering inflation). Pretty crazy.
