Travel or Credit Card for PayPal Philippines Spotify Hack?

Could anyone recommend a credit card or travel card that I can add to my Philippines PayPal for the Philippines Spotify hack?

I had been using the velocity travel card but they're closing it down. I've tried all my credit cards and also Revolut to no avail. It just comes up with an error which I would imagine is because the credit card address doesn't match the fake Philippines address I used for PayPal. Has anyone got a work around or anything to work?

    I am using a Macquarie Mastercard Debit card ok.
