The Glenlivet 12YO, known as "the single malt that started it all", harks from the oldest legal distillery in Speyside, Scotland, where the stills are lantern shaped with long, narrow necks. The full and rich aromas of baked pastries, orchard fruit and toffee continue on the palate of this readily approachable malt. A hint of oak, from time spent maturing in both American and European casks, builds on the warming palate which finishes layered with dark licorice notes and dried citrus peel.

        Yeah but then the 30% off Shopback won't apply as the code isn't on Shopback's website.
        I like the idea of shipping this though as FCL is on my "no-go list" for Click-and-Collect since they took over 1 month for refund after I went into store outside of their "5-day holding period" during Lockdown #6.

          Picked up my order from my local FCL over a month late But had done the right thing - rung to tell them to hold it for me.

            I called on the 5th day to tell them I couldn't make it into store till next day.
            Guy on phone said that's OK.
            Went in a few days later- so about 8 days after order placed. Lady (manager possibly) said I was too late and a refund was being processed.
            I said OK and left without my bottle of booze.
            Order was never refunded by First Choice.
            Only until I put a PayPal claim in weeks later stating that I never got to pickup my order was my money returned. Took over a month for that refund to eventually occur.

              @Crownie: My experience was almost the opposite.
              But l requested they inform Coles Liquor not to refund.

              My order was sitting around so long all the staff knew about it. When I finally arrived, the manager took me into his office & presented it to me. We had a great laugh!

      Bought through Shopback there.
      Ready to collect - took 7min to get notice.

      Bought Glenlivet 12YO online at that store in July. But was on an island in North Queensland. Took a month to pick up - it was still waiting for me. (Had rung to say I was delayed.)
