AESOP, FREUD AND JUNG
We are pleased to offer Melbourne city dwellers the opportunity to put their feet up on a school night and enjoy David Cronenberg's A Dangerous Method before the film’s official release.
Set shortly before the First World War, the film examines the real-life relationship between Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, and their shared patient Sabina Spielrein. The story focuses on the tussle between the two ambitious intellectuals on how to treat the 19-year-old Russian girl, diagnosed as 'hysterical'. The film features Viggo Mortensen, Keira Knightley and Michael Fassbender, and is written by Christopher Hampton.
Please stop by Aesop Collins Place on Thursday 22 or Friday 23 March if you wish to obtain one of 45 double passes to this exclusive screening. Passes are only available upon collection in store and if your heart is set on securing one, we’d encourage you to act swiftly.
