    • Hi, please PM me with your order number so that we can assist, thanks.

  • any discounts on the HaloLock™ Magnetic Wireless Car Charger Mount for iPhone 13/12 (Supports MagSafe) - iPhone 13/12 edition?

    • Hey chickhen, thanks for your interest! I will surely share with you when we have a deal on this item

  • ESR TPU cases are amazing. Tried those generic silicon case but those come off every time you take it out of your pocket and it collects dust - this gets rids of that (I got this one)

  • Are the cases still wireless charging compatible?

    • Yea they are. Read the damn description 🤣

  • There is no "AirPods Pro 2nd gen" yet, the recent release with the magsafe case is still gen 1.

DO NOT fall for this scammer's shitty "statement". These guys are Big time scam artists. Last week I had a problem with the clipper I purchased(the switch came off loose), and then sent and email to their support team. The support responded saying they will issue a refund to me, and instead today(4th Nov 2021) my bank called me and said there were multiple attempts of unauthorised transactions in amounts ranging from $500 to $700 from Hong Kong. This proves that ESR reps are somehow affiliated with scammers, or they're the Real scammers and pretending they know nothing about this(by issuing this fake scammy statement). Shame on you lot! You will rot in hell for stealing people's hard earned money. This company must be banned on OZB. DO NOT buy from these scammers!

Hi fakejv, thanks for reaching out, I’m sorry about your experience. Could you please provide your order number so that our team could take an investigation? They'll get in touch with you soon for further updates.

We’re here with OzBargainers since 2019, it was never our intention to scam you or anyone else. Could you please kindly allow us some time?

Sorry again, your patience is highly appreciated.

          • @ESR Gear: Hey scammer, I've already sent an email to your [email protected]

            Start your "investigation" from there

Are you going to scam me again and run those unauthorised transactions on my card again now? You scum!

                • +1

@NoHorny: Thanks! We will look into it and get back to you via email ASAP. Your patience is appreciated in the interim.

          "proves" nothing of the sort

@[Deactivated]: just bugger off - are you the one who has been scammed? Do you have anything constructive to add? No? then keep quiet

            • @NoHorny: I can understand why you might be feeling emotional about what's happened, but it helps NO-ONE to start throwing allegations around.

If you have evidence that ESR Gear is aiding and abetting the people/organisations behind the card fraud then you should make that available to police.

If any ozb moderators are watching this thread, can you pls see these last few comments on here? This store (ESR Gear) must be banned from here until they provide a satisfaction to the ozb community that they have taken necessary steps to avoid fraudulent activities on their website.

Happy to provide my details around this situation/case to ozb moderators for evidence.

can OzBargain moderators just ban them, we should really do a poll

    • Hello freebiemaster1902,

I'm here to help. Since we have made steps to upgrade our site security, we didn't receive new complaints from those who made purchases after that.

Could you please kindly state your experience so that we can take a look into it?

      Thanks for your time.

      • What help have you offered me rep? I got scammed after your so called "site improvement" - you still had my card details stored somewhere! I never used this same card anywhere else to buy any other items. There was only one purchase made and it was on ESR Gear (Waymeet Limited Hong Kong).

        • Once card information has been acquired by bad actors, it can be circulated (read: on-sold) for weeks or months after the original data theft.

The rep clearly states "…we didn't receive new complaints from those who made purchases after that…". Did you make purchases with ESR, using a different credit card to the one originally compromised, after their claimed site security improvements?

Finally, how were you scammed by ESR? Everything you've posted relating to ESR on this thread, and others, suggests credit card fraud by a third party who had compromised the ESR site.

@[Deactivated]: I don't need to prove anything to you. I'm already speaking to one of the moderators on here and I've provided all the details to him. Why don't you do something constructive with your life?

            • @NoHorny: I asked you a question. I didn't ask you to prove anything. Stop being so defensive. Your lack of personal accountability is breathtaking. Please block me and move on. I will do the same with your account so that I don't have to look at your drivel.

              • -1

@[Deactivated]: Who are you to ask questions? This is between me and this company (and ozb moderators), why do you have to get involved when you are not even part of this? Are you a part of this scam by the way? Your behaviour is completely strange where you are doubting and judging every "scammed" person who has commented here.

Stop living in your fairy world. When was the last time you dealt with the bank where you had to prove that almost $5K that's come out of the account are not authorised by you (the account holder) and you have had to prove your innocence to each and every different person you get on the phone even when they know that these transactions were fraud. You asked about the police - well the police are not really interested helping as soon as they hear "overseas transactions/sellers" - they have enough local work on their hand and they flog you back off to the bank. The reality is different to your "perspective", "assumptions" and "judgements" that you think that are right. If you haven't got anything helpful to add, keep quiet and move on. Don't fuel unnecessary stress to the situation.
