Claiming damage allowance on appliances online

Hi guys
Anyone deal with appliances online regarding damage allowance before? I recently purchased a fridge from them and it got a big dent on the side. I quickly contact their agents by online chat and her team leader agreed to refund me $100 otherwise I'll need to wait til December to get an exchange. This conversation happened on 20th of October. Until today, I still didn't receive anything. Tried to contact them via online chat again,.but no luck! Tried to call them but they never called me back.
I don't know what else I can do. Feeling quite distinct on this company. I have no faith in them now if the product breaks down during the warranty period.

      The fridge cost about $1100
      No I didn't even see the package. The delivery guys need to take all packages off before entering my house. They didn't mention anything and quickly left. My partner only saw the dent afterwards.

    • No my credit card doesn't have insurance

    I don't know why you couldn't contact them. It's a big company just try again. Not really an issue.
