      The tax invoice for the HDD I ordered last year is from:

      I don't know if WD will accept this or not for this promotion, but that invoice does effectively classify them as an overseas seller.

      Once all e-gift cards have been claimed, the Promotion website will notify that the Promotion has ended due to all 2000 e-gift cards being claimed.
