    Thinking about trying it for all-day Sydney CBD parking…but wondering if it's safer / easier to book directly with the car park (Secure).

      used it before the last lockdown because it was significantly cheaper than booking directly. only gripe is getting an invoice involves emailing them.

      their customer service is very responsive though

    • Just booked a few mins ago so still awaiting my access code but seems pretty straightforward.

      Direct booking with secure is $24 for earlybird entry before 10am and exit after 3pm
      Booking with Oscar is $20.90 ($24 - 15% + 50c tx fee), with no time restrictions (apart from 7am-7pm carpark opening hours).

    Used these guys once, went in and entered code and it didn’t work. Car park said it was booked for another day even though the email from swo said the day I was there. They told me to ring swo and when I did they were closed, we were stuck at the gate and we couldn’t park there.

    When I rang swo on Monday when they were openand spoke to staff they had made a mistake, no apology and promised refund which I am still waiting for weeks later.

    Bottom line, if you use them and code doesn’t work and their office is closed your stuck and good luck getting your money back. Better to pay the extra and not risk the hassle.
