As Hybroid mentioned, you can download your trades history. Some exchanges however, will only keep up to a period of time of your history. Binance for example will only store 3 months of your history. It's your responsibility to keep a record yourself.
Most don't. The best they can do is provide you with a csv of all your transactions. Which is enough for my purposes. I use these for the audit of my SMSF.
