Dictador 12 Years Solera System Rum is a medium bodied rum distilled in a combination of copper alembic and steel continuous column stills and then aged in pre used oak barrels using the cascading blending system known as the solera method for a minimum of 12 years. The result is an intense liquid with dark coppery amber tones, a honey-sweet aroma, a gentle taste full of caramel, cocoa, and honey light coffee flavours and a long finish with deep oaken tannins.
