Just got an email from NAB. Nice deal to redeem points.

How to redeem this offer

1. After logging into NAB Internet Banking or the NAB app, go to the Cards menu
2. Select your NAB Rewards Card and you’ll be able to see your points
3. Select Redeem points and you’ll be taken to the NAB Rewards Store
4. Select the bonus offer on your NAB Rewards Store home page

    don't think so, qantas cards get FF point, you can not redeem on nab reward

  I followed the steps, item name "your bonus card offer" 19230 pts. Both should be digital card. But the confirmation says physical reward deliver in 10 days. Very confusing system.

    Don't try just yet. I am going to give them a call. Points were deducted, but order history shows "Failed". Didn't receive anything. Guess their system is not ready yet. Will report back.

    Both are stated as digital in the description. Confirmation actually states:-

    Physical Rewards:

    Including physical gift cards, will be received within 10 working days. Your item will be delivered to the address you supplied at check out.

    So if you ordered a physical item (including a physical gift card), reward will be delivered in 10 days.

      According to the call center yesterday, there's a system glitch and redemption order is cancelled and a new order will be "automatically" placed by evening yesterday. Checked my account this morning, only see the cancellation but no new order. I just placed a new order this morning and got the Order confirmation email with link to download the Gift card within 15 mins.

  To my surprise.. I tried to use the bonus gift card and the system was not accepting it. Throwing an error or incorrect pincode. Anyone else got the same error?

    No issues at my end. Try downloading Woolworth Money app on your phone and add the gift card in. Should tell you whether the card is active and if there is any balance.
