mate, have you ever even work anything from vanishing elephant? its high quality stuff.
How are your Hot Chilli boardies treating you mate?
What a ridiculous comment. Good luck flying to wherever for the cost of three t shirts, unless wherever is Canberra.
Ultimately there is pretty significant mark up, but regardless of cost to make, do you think that there are no costs involved with design, supply chain, retail margin, marketing, overheads, management, etc, etc
wow all the fanbois are out…the girlie who runs it must be pretty hot.
My Billabong boardies are treating me well….$3 in Cambo 3yrs ago.
If they were designed & manufactured in oz, then no probs, but there's no mention of it.How is a plain blue tshirt worth $45, let alone $60? I can get the same thing for $4-5
http://www.vanishingelephant.com/shop/product/ceil-navy/As for supply-chain,retail, overheads, etc costs they're a website, not a retail outlet.
Anyway I didn't neg them, just pointing out that grossly overpriced clothing reduced to just quite overpriced clothing still isn't a bargain.
- just for the description
Love VE clothing, thanks for this deal.
Where are the Vanishing Elephants products made?
I think that will settle the quality/worth it question?
the site doesn't seem to mention anything
I knew loading this bargain that there would be at least one person whinging about the price. Sigh.
Why do people think that they can buy $1 t-shirts from China/Cambodia/Vietnam/Thailand, sell them for $60 (well $45 with 25% off) and think that people will think WOW!
No wonder retail is stuffed. If you're buying a few items, it's actually cheap to fly to one of these countries, have a holiday, and come home rested, tanned, fat & clothed.
