  • +zip 20% cb ?

    • Not possible I think, to get the Zip CB you'll need to launch the zip app, then visit the ICONIC site using Zip's built in web browser wrapper.

    • THE ICONIC will pay your order's Cashback to the last link you clicked prior to transacting.
So you will not be able to stack Cashback rates from multiple competitors.

      • Will cashback be voided if using westpac promo code for 25%off with 125$ min spend?

        • It will likely void your Cashback.
I can't be 100% sure as it's something THE ICONIC sets up on their end (which promos can earn Cashback).

Did mine at 10.30am 30 mins after the promotion started just received an email saying it’s been tracked at 3% not 25

    • Hey @Bezoo, we had a slight error on our setup this morning.
We've already fixed this and our team are working to refresh the Cashback rates to your account asap.

Currently, we're aiming to have it showing the correct rate in your account by Midnight tonight.
If this doesn't work, it will be showing in your account correctly by tomorrow morning at the latest (once our system re-syncs).

Reach out to me directly if you don't see the correct rate then :)

      • Thanks. I already cancelled my order with iconic. If I repurchase will I get 25% again or will it assume that I have already used it once and not pick up the cancellation?

        • +1

No you'll still be eligible for the 25% rate on your following orders :)

We will specify if Cashback rates are only eligible for one transaction.

          • @gotyourback: So it's $30 cashback per transaction (can do multiple transactions)?

      • Same issue here mate.
Have raised it with your team. Hope it gets fixed within reasonable time or else I may to have cancel my order and go with CR’s offer.

  • Do you need to register for the challenge and if so how do you find the challenges on the website?

    • Mobile app -> Earn More (tab) near the bottom of the screen.

  • My email from Shopback shows that its capped at $25 unless they decided to change it and match Cashreward which is capped at $30.

    • We had a last-minute approval from THE ICONIC to cap it at $30.
      Enjoy :)

  • Do partial returns void cashback on all items?

    • +1

It shouldn't void all items, only the item you return.
THE ICONIC offer item-level tracking, so you'll see your Cashback broken down into smaller numbers representing each item you purchased.

Speaking from experience only, but thought this might help:

I noticed that for all my Iconic purchases through ShopBack, they are tracked by individual items. This means most are paid out except for those that I returned.

In contrast, my Iconic purchases through Cashrewards are tracked as a single event, so I’ve had them rejected in the past when I did partial returns.

  • Did mine at 10.23 am 30 mins after the promotion started just received an email saying it’s been tracked at 3%, not 25%. I saw on the comments about it being updated. I look forward to seeing an update on the amount of cashback. Will an email be sent to let us know?

    • +1

I will ask our team if we can send out comms to update users when the rate is uplifted :)

      • Thanks! It looks like it is fixed! Cheers!

Is there a limit on how many times I can claim the $30 Cap?

    • Yes, it should be done in one transaction and 30$ cap is once.

  • Hi Rep,Would paying using gift cards be considered a valid transaction?

    • Hi @v1nn1e, paying with Gift Cards at THE ICONIC will void any Cashback on that order.

  • Will cashback track on items with extra 30% off @ checkout (no code)?

  • +1

Meanwhile Cashreward offering 27% cashback with ANZ max

  • Will this work with the 30% of ?

    • Absolutely :)

      • Great. Bought a pair of shoes. If I have to exchange the size, what does thst do for my shoback?

        • Exchanging shouldn't impact Cashback.
If it does, send me a DM :)

  • The $10 bonus is showing as $99 spend for me

  • Spent more than 400 bucks and the challenge shows $227.70 to go?

    • +1

It will take a little time to update on our system.
Reach out to me if it hasn't updated by Friday Morning :)

  • I got a tracking email back and it doesnt add up? I spend 112$ Which should be around $28 cashback, i got multiple emails, one said 6$ and the other 9$?

    • Cashback is on ex gst amount. Check your ex gst amount and then calculate the CB.

      • I placed one order of $112. The cashback even withouth GST should be around $25. None of the emails i got was that.

        • Yep then it’s an issue.

          • @maverick1: Actually looking at the tracking and emails, its weird. So i placed 1 order. but in the shopback account details, my one order is separated over 3 cashback listings… 2 of them are $9.5 cashback and the other is like $6. Which will be close to the amount i am meant to get back (If I add the 3 together) but thats where i got confused as i got 3 cashback emails so i thought they were repeating as i only placed it all on one order

And even on the shopback website, it lists the 1 order no. but repeated 3 times with the cashbacks. …?

            • @lonewolf: Yep, they have started splitting CB per item on the order. It should all add up to the net CB that you expect, if not I’ll be contacting customer support.
