      When you go into the tcn app it says the card has expired and can't use the credit but still has $4.40 showing

  My card hasn't expired. Still have the $4.40 credit. Only problem now is the store's price is showing $8.30! It's not enough to cover the price of the drink! When attempting to scan the card it kept saying declined! Wth?!
  Is the cashier suppose to enter a discounted price or something?
