Is that good price ?
My wife says yes as my local on has the loose leaf version and she is sick of having to strain it :-)
I prefer the loose leaf tea. What do they made out of the bags of bags?
paper?
Usually dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks
This tea is grown in india…
"Country of origin : Australia"
As per Amazon. They lying?
The tea leaves come from India. The whole product is "Made in Australia by value adding local and imported components".
Wow, that's really deceptive. Their website really labours the point that they're Australian owned and have an Australian farm, but its all just marketing manipulation.
@Dungeon Master: Well, it may comply with the standard so be within the law (https://www.accc.gov.au/business/advertising-promoting-your-…), and they do clearly state on the box that the tea is grown in northern India…. so they must package the tea into teabags in Australia hence the "made in Australia" and again immediately after that they note it has "imported components", but yeah. Definitely on the edge there given that the tea itself is the major component of the product.
That will catch people out. Now it doesn't taste as good. 😉
I got a negative VOTE for STATING A FACT LOL .. ozbargain trolls are coming out.
This is out of stock - but there are still the 50x bags in stock at better value (0.09c vs 0.10c) here (https://www.amazon.com.au/Madura-Green-50-Tea-Bags/dp/B079M6…)
There are other flavour blends still at $3.03 for 20 bags such as:
Green tea and Australian Myrtle (https://www.amazon.com.au/Madura-Green-Australian-Myrtle-Env…)
Camomile (https://www.amazon.com.au/Madura-Camomile-Enveloped-Tea-Bags…)
Green tea and Papaya (https://www.amazon.com.au/Madura-Green-Papaya-Enveloped-Bags…)
