Currently selling at JB etc for $800. Samsung tablet with 12+ inch display and s pen. Would be great for students or media consumption. Yes it's not as good as the s7 plus but costs a lot less. Bargain imo

Yeah most reviews say that it's powerful enough for most people in daily activities and it's not too noticeable unless you're running high end games.
Unless you want the 12.4 inches id say the Xiaomi Pad 5 is a better buy.
What's good for an 8" screen ?
The 5g model has a weaker snapdragon 750g processor.
The wifi version however has the more powerful 778g - this has been scrubbed from the Samsung websites so you don't feel like you're getting the inferior product when you buy the 5g model - but you totally are.
The 778g really is a pretty good performer. Have a look:
https://youtu.be/7JsAvqm_aCoThe best buy is the wifi version but probably the 128gb version considering 64gb is too small by today's standards even with the microsd.
And you also get 6gb of RAM to go with the 128gb version. Only 4gb on the 64gb version.
This is a great price and I'm real happy with my tablet. I got it for $749 with the free keyboard.
Worth noting this is import stock and comes with 12 months warranty by the seller. Local stock has 24 months warranty from Samsung.
They are reputable business?
How do it go with Dex
Good price for a capable tablet but wish the screen were 120Hz though. Once you go 120Hz on the phone you cannot go back to 60Hz.
60Hz IPS display at this price point is a no deal from me. Much rather get an OLED alternative.
I gotta say have a look on eBay because at least a few months ago you could buy s7 and s7+ brand new for $750 & $850 for 128gb wifi version and higher capacity ones weren't much more from the US. For some reason they don't always display in app but once you bookmark a few (US sellers) they start showing a lot more, plus you can get the black versions which imo are the nicest.
Anyway just thought I'd share, remember you'll likely keep a tablet way longer than you would your phone so it's worth investing a little more to get a good model so the fact it stops working because it doesn't have enough ram, processing power ECT isn't the reason you need to replace it.
Note the FE has a weaker SOC compared to the non FE model (hence the lower price) https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=10337&idPhone…
