Probably going to get downvoted to hell for posting about a GPU, but I thought I'd just flag this for anyone who may be interested.
Warning:
I've not done any real due diligence on whether this is a good card or not relative to other 3080 Ti's, I just simply noticed that this was the cheapest historical price as per PC Part Picker.
I'll leave it to those who know more about Nvidia 3000 series GPU's to discuss whether or not this is a good card or deal in the comments.
Some resources I found:
*Hardware-Mag (de) review (requires translation from German)
*Tom's Hardware news report (not a review)
*Tweaktown review (their comparisons doesn't compare performance to other brands' cards)
It is a good deal, cheaper than most of 3080. Some 3070 are nearly $2000 now.
