I got this on the cap of a gravox product.

when you ring they ask you where you got the coupon from (as in, on which product and which store did you buy it from?) i said i wasn't sure as i just have the coupon. i got sent a complimentary canister of Gravox Traditionl Gravy 120g as an alternative for my troubles in making the enquiry, along with a letter explaining that the "advertised current promotional tags … indicates a customer can receive a free trial pack of gravy which is not available through retail supermarkets."
guess i got the answer wrong!
It's expired now except if you are getting it for a company :(
Is that a free number ?
