    I thought it was a lucky draw as well until I was checking the T&C in case there was going to be shipping, customs etc. charges and happened to spot the bit about it being a skills based giveaway. I know they want there likes, follows and email subs but it's always scummy when they make it look like a lucky draw but hide the fact it is creative skill based in the T&C.
    
    On the flip side it probably will weed out a lot of entries that put silly or basic answers not knowing it is skill based giving better chance for those who put some thought into it.

Thought process behind referral is they may of just copied old T&C's and said they're judging by skill, I know of several comps where there definitely wasnt any skill or thought put into the winning entries!
