I very much doubt the original botw line-up will be restocked. Even the guardian amiibos are hard to find.
They were already restocked, that's how The Gamesmen got more, they could easily be stocked again but who knows.
I'm fairly certain they did do a restock recently. I've seen stock available at multiple retailers though most appear to be sold out now
As for a restock with BOTW2 launch, I reckon it's more likely they'll release a new lineup

I know it was when it was initially released in 2017 though I think I remember paying ~$35 from Amazon last yearI'm fairly sure EB restocked at 29.95 so they wouldn't have missed an opportunity to increase if it had, (but maybe I'm misremembering?) and all other amiibo restocks haven't gone up in price either despite amiibo prices going up.
It looks like you're correct. Just checked the invoice, $29.95 for the Guardian amiibo and also it was actually two years ago. Guess my memory isn't so great, lol
i was new to the amiibo, don't know launch price is a bargain for those popular ones. now i learnt preorderd Metroid Dread Amiibo just incase. regreat for not ordering joker.
I have a lot of boxes full of em from a EB Games sales for $2.50 - $4 each bought just prior to the pandemic .
I have one from Amazon, but still those popular item like joker you won't see them in 2-4 price range

Wow. I ended up getting mine from Big W at $5 on clearance. I ended up not opening it and sold it for a meaty $75 a year or so ago.
Before covid clearance happens from time to time. Now is another story
RRP is $29.95, might be restocked with BotW2 so might be worth waiting…
