  Does anyone have an issue where once they select a store location; there are no click and collect, and delivery options even though the item is in stock?

    I ring the store and have my item put at the Lay-By desk and pay for my other stuff there too…
    I often find that Big W have a sale on an item and rarely have stock… :(

  Highly advise not shopping with Big W online. They took all my gift cards and processed a Zip transaction without a successful order. Took me over two weeks of back and forth communication to get it resolved, I phoned them the day after and it took 45 minutes for them to answer, could hardly understand the person, and NOTHING was resolved out of that phone call. An absolute joke. And I am not the only one who this happened to..

    That's a shame - I often order free click and collect with Big W. It's great because there's no minimum spend, and if there are issues I can just sort it out at the service desk

  Thanks. Got myself $39 Tradie Lace Up Boots. My old pair of Steel Blue Boots are all worn out by now. But I have no idea if the Big W boots have steel caps in them not that I really need them.
