    Lol. The NMDs actually come without an insole, you're not meant to use one but you can if you want. I don't though.

    I have a pair of UB 20s as well as these, I find that without the insole they feel looser, and that's because they are. I wouldn't say they're bigger than UBs, they're both equally as thicc (boost wise). I wouldn't worry about upsizing or downsizing.

        Yep, they come with a removable insole. People put their UB insole in the NMDs, I don't.
