Stellaris is free to play for the weekend. The actual game is also on sale, at $14.23, which is 75% off. The Galaxy Edition of Stellaris is also 75% off, at 17.48. Very positive reviews, seems like an interesting game.

This is a really great game however you need a few DLCs to really flesh it out and make it great.
Do not buy the galaxy edition as it doesnt add any gameplay, it just adds an alternate portrait for one race and a bunch of out of game stuff like the soundtrack.
Also if you want to play multiplayer only the host needs to own the DLC.
