PayPal International Payments for Goods and Services - What Percentage Does The Seller Have to Pay?

Basically per title.

If I pay for something via PayPal G&S to an international seller, what fee do they pay PayPal?

Curious, as I couldn't find an answer online!

For merchants in Australia, you would have to refer to the PDS / Product Disclosure Statement, section 18.
