These devices can be a pain as there are no firmware updates so if it is working you are in luck if not well… Secondly the dictionary function is almost non-existant.
Taking your highlights out for example taking to Readwise is fiddly and cumbersome.
On plus side they are fast
I went with the Supernote for that reason, amazing work of the devs adding regular firmware updates and improving with each one, but is more a device to focus with and not full android apps like this one, so not for everyone.
I have Poke3 as I was looking for a book reader. Supernote may be a good alternative to Note Air (at least in terms of software support)
the big feature is that they have a special ceramic tip and a special layer on the screen, so it feels like paper and the writing experience is amazing. plus the devs are really active on reddit and responsive to feedbacks. but yea the price is on the steep side
@0jay: Correct, It's really about what you need to do with the tablet, for me was just digital notetaking/sketching and I wanted the best writing experience. But def I'd go Onyx for a full App store experience.
~$219 is a great price for the Poke3 as well, I paid $250 from Elite direct about a week or two ago as they only just got them back in stock.
I would recommend the Note 3 over the Note Air for 3 big reasons.
1) Note 3 has a symmetrical design so its easier to use for lefties.
2) Note 3 has 64GB storage Note Air has 32GB.
3) Note 3 has a plastic body so its more durable, while the Note Air is prettier, the body is prone to scratches and slippery AF.

Colour on eink is terrible. Worse than a normal black and white panel.
