there are many under age drinkers with limited pocket money ,for them this is ideal, also for gamblers who have limited undos left after pinkies session ….going to parties if you take 700ml people wil leech your booze, with 200ml you can keep it in your jacket pocket , hard to protect 700ml bottle from freeloaders yet look casual ….
