    Bought this after reading all the positive feedback on ozbargain, easy to set up and was comfortable for about 2 hours on the first day. However, the hard plastic module that sits behind the mesh back that they call "lumbar support", is deplorably uncomfortable and has caused significant pain in my back. I cannot find a position to move it to make it comfortable. Yes, it may have more features than many other chair in its price range but the cheap plastic lumbar support has made this a regrettable purchase.
