That sucks. I assume there's some automated system that cancels orders not collected after a certain time? Despite them telling you otherwise.
I've had that happen to me a couple of times with other stores.
Plus also I had Klarna final installment waived again offer, pretty good if you combine all of them, like over 50% off
Is this actually still on? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/643424 says it expired, but T&C's from Klarna still say it's going until the end of September, although I could not see any advertising of the offer on their homepage.
Not sure of klarna works with cashback.
Cashrewards does not mention any restrictions re; the payment method, besides using gift cards or coupon codes, which Klarna is neither.
when i went to pay it said it there, plus i received the email from klarna after completing checkout so maybe they revived it
Just purchased $75 worth of stuff from cotton on. Got an email from Cashrewards saying cashback of $2.54 was tracked. Logged in to my cashrewards account and it shows $7.63 was tracked. Weird…
Lodged a ticket with them, hopefully they sort it. First tracking problem I've had from about 30+ cashrewards transactions.
Last deal I bought from this mob, I (stupidly I guess) selected C&C and then got caught in a 14 day isolation and then lockdown started and I was nervous about going to a large shopping centre to collect it. They said they would hold it until I was cool with going in, then reversed the payment and cancelled the sale.
