Why the neg votes? That's funny
That's funny
Not for the Western Bulldogs player…
I see what you mean even though he might not
Price in title.
no there isn't…
Does this actually help with aim speed in games… i would be keen to grab one but can't see a daily use for it and don't think it really improves on aiming and responsiveness of shooting?
The only practical use for this would be if you had a disability where you can't use a mouse/keyboard, otherwise it's only ever used as content for streamers doing "eye tracking challenges" where its just guys trying to not look at tits for content. 0 use for improving aim or anything really
kinda more for 'cockpit' games like flight or space sims.
Nah, TrackIR is better for flying. Especially for poor buggers like me who get sick on VR
Looked at TrackIR way back when I used to play Elite Dangerous … this is tempting due to the price difference .. looks like $500+ for trackIR.. a price point I never really got the value of hardware wise - considering I saw technical hacks using wiimotes and sensor bars doing the same sort of thing.
@Elijha: Was about to say just that..
I cant believe how expensive this stuff has become considering how cheap a wiimote is.
I have tobii built into my laptop. I used it once for novalty. I’m not sure the practical purpose for it
so cheap now i remember renting a tobi tracker for a month and it costing $3k.
This is still a thing?
I remember Alienware had a tobii eye tracker on some of their higher priced laptop screens - don't remember seeing it lately.
I thought it might've been found not to be so handy dandy…Yep, got it on my alienware 17 R4. Playing Shadow of the Tomb Raider on it was great, same with cockpit games.
I had it on all the time, best was using it for mouse duties, when I wanted to close chrome or Office, I'd look at the top right and the pointer would instantly to there. Made for less mouse movement day to day.
Don't you mean Tobii Eye gouger ?
